The Broomfield Band Parents Association, a non-profit 503c corporation whose mission is to support band programs at Broomfield High School. You may not know that band programs in Boulder Valley School District receive no funding from the school district except the Band director's salary. Therefore, we are holding a fundraising raffle to raise a portion of the approximately $40,000 needed for music, equipment, instructor salaries, competition fees, and other costs necessary to run Marching Band, Winterguard, and Drumline programs.
The raffle drawing will be held on October 26, 2012 at Elizabeth Kennedy Stadium (on the grounds of Broomfield High School) during halftime of the football game. The winner need not be present to win. BBPA will notify them via the phone number on their ticket.
Prizes for the raffle are as follows:
1st Prize - CASH! - Minimum $1000, Maximum $3750
(based upon 25% of ticket sales)
2nd Prize - Old Chicago Pizza for a Year
3rd Prize – A Care Care Package from DIY Automotive Center
(valued at $150)
