The Broomfield Band Parents Association, a non-profit 503c corporation whose mission is to support band programs at Broomfield High School. You may not know that band programs in Boulder Valley School District receive no funding from the school district except the Band director's salary. Therefore, we are holding a fundraising raffle to raise a portion of the approximately $40,000 needed for music, equipment, instructor salaries, competition fees, and other costs necessary to run Marching Band, Winterguard, and Drumline programs.
The raffle drawing will be held on November 1, 2013 at Elizabeth Kennedy Stadium (on the grounds of Broomfield High School) during halftime of the football game. The winner need not be present to win. BBPA will notify them via the phone number on their ticket.
Prizes for the raffle are as follows:
Grand Prize – Cash! Minimum $1,000 or 25% of our intake from selling raffle tickets
2nd Prize – Old Chicago Pizza for a Year
3rd Prize – Weekend for 2 at the Westin including dinner at Kachina
