  • Act as a band bouncer in the bleachers when the marching band plays during halftime in order to hold their seats
  • Participate on the Broomfield Band Parent Association board
  • Coordinate one or more of the following:  gift cards, raffle, Tag Day, concessions (staffing/purchasing), snacks/water donations, band uniforms, concert receptions (drinks/snacks)
  • Tend the band booth at Broomfield Days
  • Work in the concession stand (BandStand) during football season (required of marching band families)
  • Chaperone at competitions
  • Write grants
  • Drive the rental truck with band equipment to and from competitions
  • Take photographs
  • Video record shows and performances
  • Drive students to and from events (BVSD driver background check and insurance documentation is required)
  • Help fundraise
